Report a suspicious email

If an email claims to be from HitchaRide and looks wrong, tell us. Your report goes straight to our team, and it helps us get the fake shut down.

Please don't click anything in the email first

Don't open its links, don't enter any details on its page and don't reply to it. If you already entered a password or card number, change that password and tell us in the box below.

You can report without an account.

What a fake usually looks like

  • ✕It asks for your password, a card number or a verification code. We never ask for those.
  • ✕It pushes you to a payment page that is not our checkout in the app.
  • ✕The sender address is not an address on our domain, or it is spelled with extra words.
  • ✕It threatens that your account will be closed today unless you click something.
